Open League is an independent organization that provides recreational racing opportunities for adult skiers/snowboarders and their dependent children. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, we are affiliated with the Far West Racing Association (FWRA), Bay Area Snow Sports Council (BAC), and the Far West Ski Association (FWSA). 2010-2011 Registration Form *COMING SOON*Want to try us out? Complete this 2010-2011 Courtesy Racer Form *COMING SOON* and bring to any race Racing is conducted for all ability levels, from beginning skiers and snowboarders to accomplished former college racers. Currently there are 10 ability levels. Each ability level may have up to 3 age groupings as shown: Racers belong to ski/snowboard clubs affiliated with the Bay Area Council of Ski Clubs and the Far West Ski Association. Check out our member clubs and contact their directors. This is an adult and their dependent children's recreational program. Open League is NOT a development program and parents wanting to enroll their children in a development program leading to selection for the US Ski Team should look to programs at ski resorts specializing in developing this level of racer. |
